Association of Indian Publishers and Booksellers, registered under the Societies Registration Act, XXI of 1860, with Reg. No. S-48519, has been created to deal with the problems of Library Suppliers and smoothen the book trade. The primary objectives of the Association are:

• To take up all types of problems of Library Suppliers with the concerned authorities/librarians.
• To make available all sorts of information useful for Publishers and Library Suppliers.
• To provide Good Offices for the settlement of disputes between Publishers/Wholesalers and Library Suppliers to the satisfaction of both the parties.

Valuable suggestions from all stakeholders on the issues concerning with the book trade that need to be taken up by the Association for necessary action are solicited. Members are also requested to let us know any problems being faced by them or other members of the trade which can be taken up with the concerned offices/persons.
